1. Use of Services

• LazyChat must only be used for lawful, ethical, and permitted business purposes.
• Misuse, fraud, harassment, or spreading harmful or illegal content is strictly prohibited.
• You must comply with all applicable laws and connected platform rules.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, authorized, and up-to-date access to connected platforms.
• LazyChat is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or outdated Client data.
• Clients are responsible for securing their own systems and accounts.
• Clients must ensure lawful collection and use of customer data.

3. AI Responses and Accuracy Disclaimer

• AI responses are generated based on available Client data.
• Responses may be incorrect or incomplete.
• LazyChat does not guarantee business outcomes.

4. Intellectual Property

• All LazyChat technology remains the property of LazyChat.
• Client-provided data remains Client property.
• No resale or redistribution without written permission.

5. Payment Terms

• Fees are billed according to the selected plan.
• Late or failed payments may result in suspension.
• Refunds are governed by LazyChat's separate Refund Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

• No liability for indirect or consequential damages.
• Total liability is limited to fees paid in the last three (3) months.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Reverse-engineering or tampering with the platform
• Spam, scams, or illegal activity
• Bypassing security or billing systems
• Uploading malicious or infringing content

8. Termination

• Either party may terminate with one (1) month notice.
• Immediate termination may occur for violations or security risks.
• Data handling follows retention policies.

9. Amendments

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of LazyChat indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
